Birmingham Mayor

Birmingham needs an elected Mayor.
So says the Guild Exec (backed by Guild Council).
Birmingham has the brand new Bull Ring. Millenium Point. Brindley Place. Mailbox. NIA/NEC. Broad Street. Corporation Street.
